What is included

An active subscription removes ads for the paid period. Data, navigation and in-app alerts do not depend on watching ads. Data and phone-notification availability depend on providers, your app version and service activation.

Billing and renewal

iPhone and iPad

This is an auto-renewable annual subscription. Apple charges your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews unless cancelled before the next renewal. Check the date, price and renewal status in your Apple Account subscriptions.

On iPhone, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions → SpaceWeatherX. You can cancel future renewal there. Cancelling renewal retains access until the paid period expires. Apple's cancellation instructions.

Android

Google Play processes Android purchases and annual renewals using your Google account. In Google Play, open your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → SpaceWeatherX to check your renewal date or cancel future renewal. Access continues until the paid period ends. Uninstalling the app does not cancel the subscription.

Restore purchases and refunds

To restore an existing purchase, use the same Apple Account and the restore-purchases option in the app. Do not buy again just because your subscription status has not yet loaded.

Android purchases

Use the Google account that made the purchase and refresh your subscription status in the app. If it does not appear, check your Google Play subscriptions and contact support.
